I hear the % chance is not good.. if you have 4 AE with 13% fake out each that would be 52%. Is that still worthless to the fake out?

I got a +3 vision +1 Power Thru, now up to +3. Power Thru is considered THE AE by RBs, so I'm interested to see what it will do. Any other WRs using Power Thru? If so, what strength?
