Word is that Sure Hands only deals with passes that were dropped. Not incompletes or deflections...so VERY VERY limited in usage.

I have to be honest, this is more of Bort's double talk. If a WR would drop it (after bobbling it) it would work. So what if the WR bobbles it and it gets deflected? He never answers that!
