Your team won't be near the greatest, people have done much of the same thing...in fact I did something exactly like this at the start of this season and I have all vets on my team and I don't FEEL the need to tell them how to build their players because some may know how to build certain positions better than I do.
I can see your HB's build. Get your shit together.

Give it some time before he gives up. I used to GM with him. He doesn't even know how to make tatics offensive or defensive.

What's the over/under on when the Big Cali starts trading off Layne's players, without Layne knowing about it, and he just decides that he's "too busy" and sells his team back?
I'm thinking 1 1/2 seasons.

The idea is fairly easy to understand so as long as you are very dedicated, and fairly active, with no bad reports from other agents about you, you will probably be accepted.
Given who he has signed up as a GM, does anyone else find this to be amusing?

+1, I say he goes for about 2 seasons, he's already threatened my friend funky fresh, that he'll lock up anybody that doesn't follow the plan. I have AIM chats of it too. This is what i got from funky fresh - Thechrislayne: Okay
Thechrislayne: Have fun with your players tied up
easton dawg13: tied up?
Thechrislayne: For three seasons
Too bad the dumbass only signed him to 1-year deals. Sucks for him.

But the question is, will you actually succeed?

Your words, not mine.
Good luck getting agents to buy into that philosophy.
Don't worry, with team promotions you should eventually win one after several seasons.
Just make sure to sign your players to deals longer than one year.
That way you can tie them up for your big BBB championship run!
