I think we both know that.

Every Speed back should have around 65 agil, thats about all that is needed.

This is truth.

I honestly think a big determination is also what your gameplan is. It is tough to run pitches without a lot of speed, but you can run some mad off-tackle stuff with high agility and good speed. High speed even when you can't outrun a DB is still important because a single move can gain you many yards away from an LB, or if you break the LB you can go a long way

I built my HB as combo back with 69 Speed & 47 Agility and a 53 in strength. He's tearing the leaugue up with an average of 242 ypg and that's also splitting time equally with another HB. it doesn't matter how much agility you have if your speed is low. It just means that you hit your top end speed much faster. The same could be said for having too much speed and not enough agilty. Without agility, your HB will never reach top end speed. It's a delicate balancing act. IMO i think a 60/40 ratio works best. My 53 in strength makes up for not jukeing fast enough.

False.

How is this false? If it takes 2 seconds to reach top speed because of small agility, your HB will be tackled by then. The only way your HB hits top speed in this instance is if there is plenty of running room in open space for next 5 -10 yards. How often does this happen in GLB?

If agility = acceleration, you will reach top speed eventually with any level of acceleration...that's just math.

If you have NO agility, then maybe. I'm pretty sure everyone here has something like at least 60 agility and have speed way higher. We are just arguing it's better to have a higher top speed than to be able to change direction quickly when you aren't even that fast in the first place.

Thankyou for summing it up perfectly.

Nobody said that the only thing that affects Acceleration is Agility. Bort just made Agility affect acceleration more than Speed. Not solely.

Why are so many people forgetting that agility increases your chance to headfake, juke, spin, and break tackles?

That's the Key word, eventually. Look I'm not trying to hype up agility. I'm just saying that agility can not be neglected. IMO agility needs be at least 2/3rds of what you're speed is at. 60/40 speed/agility ratio.

I dont think anybody here would disagree with that statement.
