I assume the logic was "if you don't need to have 150 speed just to be average, that leaves more points to put into other skills.

However, with the way GLB is set up, there won't be TOO much diversity. Sim just doesn't allow it, player development doesn't really make it easy, tactics are pretty basic (player and AI tactics), so...

If you devalue speed something else becomes valuable. The cycle either never ends or you are stuck with a bunch of attributes at mediocre places. Regardless that doesn't make players more unique.

There are plenty of unique builds all over GLB. People just don't want to see it.

De-emphasis of speed is where I'd start.

It's already not nearly as important as people think. Power backs are dominating, not extremely speedy ones. Fake WRs are dominating, not extremely speedy ones. Meanwhile slightly lower speed can actually help defenders in man coverage on mostly vertical routes because being in a trailing position gives you a chance to interact with the pass unobstructed instead of having to win a fight roll with the receiver. The two places where speed rule this sim are at DE when rushing the passer and for receiving TEs.

Well somebody did say just to make an average dot. Well, if you want just an average dot you have a more sure fire plan by pumping up speed. This reduces risk of having a ppp of a dot.

One thing that can be done to make this game better, is this...well at least for coordinators...

Give the ability of the team owner to remove AI's from the teams play calling AI's.

How many of you have had a coordinators that give access to your their AI's, then not coordinate anymore, but they don't remove access from their personal tactics? Then you're left with a shit ton of plays, and AI's from them.

A team owner should be able to remove any AI from their team. When I go to set an AI from the tactics calender, I have to scroll down a myriad of old, useless AI's.

It's a no brainer, and should be fixed!

Never noticed that before... Of course I never go to the GM Tab. Wonder if the original owner of the AI and packages has to go in on their screen and remove access (even after removing the GM tag).

on that note, would be nice if coordinators could remove access during season too. Lots of times a coord gets fired mid-season and can't remove access to their AIs. Has also led to shady dealings sometimes...

Never dealt with that, but if the AI is still there can't the owner of the AI empty it? If so, no point making it stay. If not, than an argument could be made for why it should if the OC/DC removed themselves.

wouldn't mind for my AIs to be deleted when i leave the team.

up until now i still don't know if a certain team used my AI all season without me.

Empty it? It's tied to account now and could be used for other teams. And it's not always OC/DC removing themselves - been plenty of gripes about getting canned and AIs "stolen" if I recall.

It isn't the point of the argument that I am throwing around financially supporting agents are the only one's that matter, the point is that the game should consider the weight of the income the game generates and if they can help agents or I should say find ways to encourage agents to spend more money to generate income, that it won't be a time vacuum and there are functions in place that benefit both sides, (The Game's revenue and the player base) it is a very worth while discussion that needs to be addressed for the players to balance out if the time needed to spend more money is actually worth it.

Literally no suggestion is going to increase the amount of users or convince a significant number of non-spenders or quit-spenders to drop money on the game.

You think having a couple moderators with a different title is going to convince people to start throwing money at the game than normally would? Or any of the hundreds of frivolous suggestions? Come on now.
