Why do we need 16 games? 15 games and a BYE would work for me. It cheapens my feeling of accomplishment to know Seizure drew a contender for his final game, and we drew a creampuff. It disrupts the schedule balance.

How many wins does your team have, because that's the only stat that really matters.

I'll admit we didn't win a ton of games, but we managed to make it into the playoffs in a pretty tough conference

We have won enough. We are built for next year, and you can be damn sure we will be close to the championship next year and likely win it. Behind the arm of Ryan Leaf, anything is possible.

The additional game against the opposite conference is, IMO, a good twist to the end of the season. Really, in the NFL a team plays against other teams in both conferences, not just their own. In college, you dont play only your own conference. The non-conference games make things interesting. I think the schedule should include more non-conference games.

I don't mind the conference games as long as everybody plays the same gambit of teams. I haven't taken Oakland for granted and I haven't counted out Birmingham yet. But, by no means is our draw equal.

I agree 100%, I like the idea of positional playing IE: 1v1 2v2 ect.

Glad I got that in writing before they dropped the Abomination.

there were some pretty good matchups there. there were also some outright blow-outs; the 2 worst of which belonged to the west. And what do you know; the Bombers pulled it off over the Abomination.

West won the draw though, 9 games to 7. A lot closer than a few of the West pundits (myself included) called it.

Congrads to the Bombers on their Conference Championship.

Interesting week, fellas. GL to those teams in the playoffs. And to those that did not proceed...continue to train, recruit, and gameplan for next season!
