Part 1.) as far as anyone knows, juke does absolutely nothing for a fake. It finally helps Hurdle, but not juke.

Part 2.) yes. Watch the WR on the left: http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=2165424&pbp_id=368203 . He is my WR, and he does this fairly regularly as he has a high juke value and good agility
