For those that don't understand why I'm so bent over this, here is just one sentence from Billyvassi that explains why...

Gutting is illegal. Trading players from a team you're gutting to a team you're on is unethical.
Colluding, as defined by this site, is stripping a team of it's resources for the purpose of benefiting another. I'll understand if you don't see it the way I do, but that is what I see having occurred here.
The fact that Billy mislead the mods and others in the original thread claiming not to have traded people to teams he was on, and the fact that the Bandits attempted to cover it up when one of their own was honest enough to point it out, only exacerbates the look of impropriety here.
Those are the issues to me...everything else in this convoluted thread is peripheral.
