Ya, but see... you guys took a way around the blocks on trading in such a way. The game won't let you trade players like you did, simply put because it is unfair and unsportsmanlike. You are looking at the word of the rule and not the spirit of the rule.

Even if you just look at the word and not the sprit of the rule it is hard for them to claim innocent.

Collusive= Involving a secret operation or cooperation in order to do something illegal or underhanded.

Collude=To conspire, plot, scheme or plan.

This plan was no doubt secret as one has already admitted you took a vote to do it on your private forum. Not to mention you dropped all the way down from an AAA team to a BBB team. Underhanded to say the least if you ask me. Why didn’t you guys find a team in A or AA league to execute this plan with then if you just wanted to compete? Or are all of you that are here on this forum defending this action one and the same person? It is clear to me you wanted to find a league you could win and achances are you may have even failed at that.

Also If you were trying to be so democratic about your process why didn’t you come to this forum and see if anyone here had as problem with it? (I will answer for you) because you knew it was wrong that is why. You guys know exactly what you have done and frankly IMO you should all be suspended or banned for your actions.

I was released and quickly had several offers on the table. I was told ahead of time that I would be released and "might" receive on offer to join Long Beach and I had the option to resign with my original team and become the starter, as of now I am a back up player or out of playing out of position. If the idea is to have parity in the league I would suggest that a total combined team Level can not exceed 10% of the entire league. The fact is most of us are going to sign with the team that we think has the best chances of winning. I think its unfair to characterize the Long Beach Dub owners as "Bad Owners". Everyone on the team gets plenty of playing time and all could have opted to sign elsewhere. Input from all the players is welcome and encouraged. There is an open door policy with the owner to discuss all matters. Its not a dictatorship. The owner of course in his role can do what he wants. He chooses to have an environment of cooperation for the team. I understand how this could be upsetting for some, I would ask you to keep in mind that as all of you have spent money and time to build your players, so have we. I am thankful that an owner in Goal Line Blitz allowed me to have an opportunity to go some where else, where my players skill level wasn't completely dwarfed by the opposing team. Again I had the option to resign with my original team, I chose to follow some of my team mates over here. Neither I or my team owner want to get a bad reputation in the league, He still needs to recruit and I have to face the fact that I could be cut if a Higher level player gets signed to replace me. If the perception is I'm shady its not going to help me get signed elsewhere.

A Final note, you have to appreciate the fact that most of us who signed took a good look at the forums and participation and liked we saw posted from all of you guys. It was an easy decision.

I look forward to the rest of the season, and I appreciate an active forum and league. No sense spending the money for Flex Points if your just playing against a computer.

Good God you would think this team was loaded with, well, what's our name?? All-Stars?? Its a good group that enjoy playing on the same team together, and we all seem to take the game pretty serious, and call ourselves out when we suck ass, and pat each other on the back when we play okay. That's about the sum of who we are, and how we feel.

We would like to be a part of this "community", but if forced to do so, we have just as much fun in our own forum. I for one like the broader scope such as this, but I have no problems staying in our own little hole if that's what the rest of the league wants.

Im sorry, do you take a vote every time you want to sign or create a new player for your team? No? What would a vote do but give you all veto power over what league our players play in?

We as a group (yes, as in we're NOT the same person) wanted 3 things:
-To play in the USA Leagues
-To stay together
-To compete next season

What exactly would you have us do? Do you know of many teams looking for 30 Free Agents?

I think the point has been taken by both sides. Can BBB #12 move on now?

No there is no need to if I create a player for my own team the most he can be is level 4. Even if I create 30 level 4 players and sign them to my own team it does not come close to what you collusive cheating SOB’s have done here.

this guy is just ignorant Bort and DD would classify this as cheating/gutting as specified in his post in the announcement section.

heres and idea BBB12OA (bbb12 owners association) we ignore any posts made by the LBDA basically black listing them and they will eventually die out.

Hey guys, I know Seksiwill wants to drop this, and I respect that. I started most all of this mess with my inquiries and hope that maybe I can end my part today. I feel this has taken away from the actions of the BBB #12, and has really hurt our forum. There are alot more post, but less fellowship. We all have our opinions on this matter, and we all think we are right. But the main thing is that Bort and Digital Daggers and all of the mods are aware of the situation here. We have made sure of that thoroughly. If they choose to turn a blind eye to it, then let's play football. Anymore discussion about it should be taken to the administration. It's not fair to the active posters from the east conference. Trust me, there is no one here who is more upset about this than me. I have put a lot of time into this debate and all the facts of the situation, but I am ready to move on. Let LBDAS play their games, just like Bonds hit his homeruns. Barry may be some people's homerun champion, while others will still believe it is hammerin' Hank. Bud Selig and MLB will have to decide if it is legit, and Bort and crew will have to decide how this turns out. This forum is getting as volatile as the Middle East!
