Hey guys
I'm one of these players who joined LBDAS and well sorry that we ruined your day Ewoks. We didnt actually want to. But you have to understand for us as a team the season was finished after 6 games and no wins. We wanted to have some options for next season to make sure we have a winning chance because on a long shot it su*** to be on a 0-11 team for couple of seasons... no point in not being competitive.

Well the idea came up by our owner yes. But the team, meaning every single player, decided in a 7 day vote what they want to do. Some decided in leaving Dublin for good and well the majority decided to join LBDAS to form a competitive team for next season and maybe to get a few wins this season already. Our owner didnt trade us and he didnt curse us to sign the new contract. If you call this gutting then so be it. But 31 players from Dublin decided to move, so they should be ALL BANNED FOR GUTTING. dont they??? Why only punish the owner? Are they the only ones responsible???
Hell we werent forced to come here. We wanted to. European leagues are not as balanced as US leagues. Every player who signed up for LBDAS thaught that BBB league will be more fun and more competitive for everybody!!!

So plz punish all of us players for this move. We decided on it. It was our choice. Punish us for our wish to be competitive. Punish us for upsetting Ewoks by being the first team to lose against us. Sorry, I know it suc**. Sorry that you had to suffer because of our decision. But its done and we only want to start planing for next season and to build on our players to form a good team.

You didn't ruin our day because we lost or because we had to play a better team. There are many teams in the league who you can argue are better than us. I also thought we gave you guys a good fight.

Nobody is mad at the Tecmo All Stars, Sconnie Badgers, Los Angeles Express, Huskers Illustrated Bugeaters, or Honolulu Beach Boys. I pick those because they are at the top of the conferences. They all went out and put their teams together and competed. Tecmo has continued to add players and gotten better. I haven't paid attention to the other teams as much, but they may have also.

Bort and DD have said they are against collusion. You argue that you wanted to be competitive. I don't know if they asked, but before the season Bort did move some teams from the other leagues to the USA league. I did a quick search in the Team Movement Waiting List thread and didn't see Dublin on there. There is also a system in place where the bottom teams in one league drop to a lower league to even out competition.

During your 7 day vote, did anyone notice the thread by Bort posted on the 5th? http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=175644 Obviously your team went against this. That is the problem people have.

The problem is that gutting or collusion deals mostly with unfair trading practices whereas this is releasing players to Free Agency and suggesting they go somewhere but ultimately giving him/her the right to choose where they want to go.

I for one was released from Dublin and told that if I wanted to go to LBDAS I'd be welcomed, and if I did I could help out the offense as a co-ordinator (I was not a co-ordinator before about 2 or 3 days ago). GRiP didn't trade me, he gave me an outright release and I, like some 30+ other players, decided where I wanted to go.

To me, that's not gutting or collusion since we chose to come here just as 8 of the players chose not to... If that is collusion then every team that signs a FA or trades for a friend of a player on their team is guilty of that.

That's my opinion, anyways.

Ya, but see... you guys took a way around the blocks on trading in such a way. The game won't let you trade players like you did, simply put because it is unfair and unsportsmanlike. You are looking at the word of the rule and not the spirit of the rule.
