I was not, in the least, trying to call anyone out. In no way was I bashing ukcats07. Actually, if anything, I was trying to draw this to his attention because I also bleed uk wildcat blue. If he satys with long beach, I wish him the best. But I thought if he were going to be active on this thread defending his team, he should know what kind of accusations he could be up against. I realize this is a game, but people invest alot of money in this and tend to take it very seriously. I wasn't trying to accuse ukcats of any sort of wrong doing("You may not have a clue what your owner has done"), or trying to create any kind of animosty toward him. I have fun. I am very active in the threads and enjoy talking with the owners/players. I just feel that the actions taken by LBDAS owner has taken away from the integrity of this league.

Secondly, I have been a supporter of Tecmo All-Stars, and really expect them to win this league. I would continue to keep track of them as they moved up in levels and would root for them on and on. But the fact that you would compare the hours of dedicated service that tyante has put into this game to the effortless gutting of one teams talent in midseason is really disheartening. We recruited and signed free agents of all calibers to try to build a team over a few years span. LBDAS colluded with the Dublin Destroyers to steal their highest levelled 31 players all in one day. I hardly see the two as compareable.

The thing is seksiwill that they didnt trade for the players, the cpu wouldnt allow them to make the trade since it would have been way too lopsided so the teams released a total of 31 players at once so that they could all sign with one team to unite and have a chance at winning. If you feel that is not against the rules, maybe it wasnt specifically outlined as a definite no-no but I would like to think that Tecmo and the other teams in the league who spent numerous hours recruiting and building a team would not have done the same to gain a quick advantage. We play them today so we will see how the moves worked out for them and I dont condone name calling or calling out the players but I understand why mikiesdaman is upset and he has a right to be. thirdly, I would like to apologize to ukcats for seeming to attack him personally. After reading over my post, I see the tone they implied. But my intentions were never to bash you, only to make sure you were aware of the feelings of some owners in this league (mainly the west) toward you owner/gms.

Sekiswill, I'm not sure if you realize what we ewoks face. We are a playoff contender, albeit our chances are slim. We are doing all we can to get a playoff berth, and create a name for our team so players will be interested in playing here. I'm sure tecmo has no problem with that at this point. And no doubt you have earned that right. But to have our road made more bumpy by colluding/gutting is very hard to swallow. So I'm sorry if I come off "immature" about this, but it is something I tend to get passionate about.

Even now with the rosters if I was a F/A looking for a team....

Keep up the recruiting and you'll pass them, they really aren't that good and have a 20 chem overall. With that their owner appears to be garbage and I think you both have a much better chance at netting players in recruitment to surpass him. Lastly, I recruited most of the players on my team so if you need a recruiting advice i'd be happy to help with it since Tecmo is pretty much done recruiting.

I actually also should have clarified I only think bashing the players is wrong. The move itself although very shady and cheap was within limits. If the owner BullFrog ever posts on here i'll give him shit with you all, just not his players.

- The all-stars with some recruiting looks good finally, but is it a lil too late? At 2-5, if they ran the table the most they could be is 11-5, not that will get you into the playoffs, but not a top seed. With chem in the dumps, i still think the better team can pull it out.

- Well here we have a good matchup. One team runs while the other can pass. i think the team with the lines will pull it out with a slight edge, but this one can go either way.

Christian Okoye had a bug present in Tecmo where he sometimes could not be tackled otherwise I agree.

Give it some time man, people like the predictions. I will give you a hint though, not many teams score more than 14 against the Ewoks. Just keep that in mind for future picks Good job with them. Hopefully we will not give you an undefeated week.
