Yeah, not knowing what other people on the list put on their applications, I don't think I'm in position to judge their credentials. Frankly I'm surprised I made the cut. I suspect people around here are much more qualified than an initial impression might provide.

I do have problems with some of these users and as mentioned, part of the second process will be making sure they are willing to make a change for the better. Internet personalities are usually just that.
