hmmm so what you are saying is that al talked you into it? this version seems a bit different than a previous post from al saying that you made the offer to him.

General Terms.I was not part of this whole ordeal, I signed on a couple days before the season bagan. I was saying i was one of the players replaced.

From the way I interpreted it, DigitalDaggers doesn't believe you can punish AlCapown for trying to make his team better.

Actually I take it as he was talking about the new owner of Mambas old team. He has to make the team better, and you can't force players ( mamba ) not to quit. It really did not address the issue well at all. Nor did he seem to have a grasp of the facts. He probably did not read this thread that contains most of those facts.

If I was an owner, I'd feel the same way. There is already enough collusion/farm teams/cheating going on so if I saw this I'd just assume everyone is guilty because 9 times out of 10, you'd be correct.

Thing is, from checking the previous post where Mamba81 was marketing himself, all I can come up with is he gutted his team like a dickhead (sorry man, thats the way I see it) and AlCapown was lucky enough to sign him and his friends.

taking your assumptions at face value even in that case there is no way anyone goes into that deal not knowing that it is NOT legit since in order to make it happen they had to circumvent the trade balance process.

Alright clearly all of us need to be released as soon as possible. I'll make sure it happens.

Yard Dog hasn't. He put something up awhile back about not having any issue with it and to play on.

the issue from the side of the new league that those players went to is that the new owner scooped up TEN HIGH LEVEL PLAYERS all at once AND PAID NOTHING to do it

he didnt even have to trade for them! the old owner simply released all his friends and they went immediately to a lower level league to try and dominate there

consider the ramifications of the site if you allow that. no longer will teams try to recruit individuals. now all they have to do is find a single owner with a bad team who would like to win a championship the easy way, get him to cut players just like this one did and have them all move to a new team on a lower level

that kind of activity is going to drive away good sportsmanlike paying customers like me in an instant

please reopen that thread and allow the discussion to continue because you have not nearly grasped the totality of the situation

Then what is the answer? We will all be going to seperate directions and Al's team will stay how it was before it all happened.
