Isnt the point of relegation to keep the worse teams in AAA, then AA, then A and soforth? Instead of the gutted team moving up to Pro for 1 season (Season 5), then down to AAA in Season 6, in my suggested situation in Season 6, this team would already potentially be down in AA, meaning relegation worked. If they were good enough to stay in AAA, then it seems thats where they belonged.

The whole idea of promotion and relegation is to move the worse teams down, so I dont think that the idea is "lame" as you say, but rather in the spirit of the system.

And those other leagues should try to resolve their situations as well. Things wont get any better until people attempt to make it better.





You make great arguments here for overhauling the game so every team is in a league where they face challenging competition.

What is lame is arguing for special treatment for your one league when this problem is hurting just about every single team in GLB. You're no more important than any other team owner and don't deserve any exceptional treatment. Until the system is fixed, everyone is (and should be) subject to the same system. FWIW, I absolutely agree that it's broken.

I don't really think Kosice deserves promotion unless you are going to promote Hella, Berlin, Vaadwaur, USAORG, and Saratov. All are good teams, as are MCXA and Mobile Elephant. Fox News won the right to move up and to alter their promotion wouldn't be right, regardless of what they do with it.

Agreed I dont think you can just make exceptions here and there when you feel the need. Gotta be consistant.....either change how it works all together or leave it be but you cant make exceptions like that or it opens a whole can of worms.

Heh, see, if you guys had just given me more players back in season 2 when we were up here we would have taken care of Fox for you in the first round instead of dropping the game in OT.

Yeah, Fructose is a fun one cuz of his shtick...but I was somewhat disenfranchised with him due to the inactivity on Helsinki this season...You'd think winning is enough...Hell no...I'll take 5-11 and some bullsh*tters on the team forum any day of the week in this game over last season...So instead I went and had a little fun with my baby linebacker last season instead...You can take a look if ya like...He made quite a name for himself:

This was the stuff i was most looking forward to when we promoted up here this season, and unfortunately Jiddy went dormant. Every time ive read ANYTHING done by Jiddy that involved RP one of his players, i have had a good laugh....gotta love people with a talent for entertainment.
