I think Farm System's are ethical on top of legal too. Having a Farm system isn't Guaranteed, you have to know when to build, so that you don't have to waste any player's season's, and though you may have a great Farm System, sometimes you have to bring in other player's anyways, for whatever the reason be. The teams that have Farm System's are forward in their thinking, and it is a strategy, and proven to thus far to work for the most part. You are taking for granted that this doesn't happen all over the world on top of in this game. Think of NFL=NFL Europa, NBA=NBDL, MLB=Well isn't that weird, why don't you just take a look at the League tab, and get back to me on that one, k, ok, NHL=alot of F N minors there too!, how about Little League, College, and WTF ever, so I think that is the point I am trying to get across, now ....................

The thing is, we don't have any farm teams... just some unfortunate circumstances for the Exiles as many of us thought they were gone and let everyone leave.

We're actually considering adding in farm teams because everyone else seems to be doing it and everyone already thinks that we have them. Not that we really care what others think...

I would suggest some people need to develop some social skills if you're really that jealous to start suggesting "OMZG! ChEAtERszzz!!!" ... try going outside, take off the makeup and stop painting your nails and dying your hair black - learn how to interact with people and then maybe you can get some friends someday as well.

Alright I think I should voice my opinion as one of the owners of a USAORG Team.

1) Yes we beleive in FARM TEAMS. ALL teams not part of the ORG are our farm teams our jobs is to find an attractive way to recruit the talent away from you guys.

2) Yes some teams have been successful whiles others not so much the reason is 100% the OWNER, we run every team independently, our agents actually prefer to play on certain teams then others but its nothing about farming its about building relationships. DONT YOU GUYS FIND IT FUNNY MOST MODS are on TEAMS together? WAIT me and Flames54 are on 4 teams together... We must be farming for the Aces!

3) STop whinning and learn how to set tactics and player builds the ORG has no advantages except that peoples perception is that we are more organized, and we have an inner circle who help each other with builds/tactics and recruiting. When agents I know have FAs I refer them to other ORG teams, so it helps them build a roster easier.

Then again you guys can do all of this it isnt hard... so grow up, Step up and have fun...

USAORG Embroiled In Controversy, Again -- *yawn*

The USAORG group of teams, led by the defending African Pro League Champion Legionnaires, are currently embroiled, yet again, in a controversy, that continues to threaten the stability of GLB as a whole. Well, not really.

Going off un-founded accusations of the USAORG teams being a "farm system", bitter rival owner of the South Beach Tokers in the USA BBB #14 league, theboss, accused the USAORG teams of having smaller than normal gems, and tried to publicly call them cheaters. And the owners of the USAORG teams quickly came to the defense of the structure and design of the USAORG and their long-term goal of a championship team in each Pro league.

"Nothing could be further from the truth" said Vacationer owner blurev. "We run a clean ship and our players are all dedicated to the success of all our teams." Vacationer DE Baby Eater chimed in as well. "Looks like theboss has been smoking a bit on the South Beach there. "Perhaps there are some youngling's I can feed on while sipping Pina Coladas on the beach there." Exiles owner scooboo74 echoed the sentiment. "When I assumed ownership of the Exiles, I gave all players the option to move on, no restrictions, and the remaining corps of players are re-building the Exiles into the fine tradition that has become USAORG."

Perhaps what has confused the poor owner of the Tokers is the fact that the USAORG teams were the first to attempt a GLB-wide draft, in order to find like-minded players of all skill levels to join in a common cause. "We have some of the best minds in all of GLB" said Mercenaries owner Amerith. "Not only do we have great players, we have a solid set of owners, coaches and coordinators, who are all working towards a common goal." Nothing echoes this sentiment more than the new project forming under Travelers owner jschubert93. "We are starting a team from scratch, slow-building to become one of the premier teams in GLB" said jschuber93. "We are all pumped about the fun we will be having, as we build this team from the bottom up."

"The best part of this is that a lot of our agents have players on non-ORG teams as well" said Cartel owner Lefty Wall. "We spend our time learning the system, building teams that can be flexible with changes from season to season, and work hard to farm all right. The rest of the GLB is our farmland, and those sheep are looking mighty fine."

The flagship team of USAORG teams are the Legionnaires, led by owner Hokiemon, who won the inaugural African Pro League Championship, and carry a 15-1 record into the playoffs as they work to defend their title. "Every once in a while, a slug crawls out from under a rock and accuses us of being cheaters" said Hokiemon. "It's all good. We prove it on the field of play, which is the ultimate court, and the Tokers should probably just focus on their tough match up against the Memphis Ghetto Dawgs."
