atleast they played the game. Something you won't do.

Great game by EZ. They had our number, though our front office was more focused on the two games sandwiching that one(Topes and Beavers). I'd love to play EZ again in the off-season, on good terms.

I'm not making excuses, we lost. Just laying out the friendly challenge.

Yep. It's true. I never expected to have my team in the position its in this season and didn't want to take a spot over a more deserving team in the 16.

If we manage to win our league, I would participate in a champions league tournament in the offseason. I'm not going to sacrafice anything in our quest to move up leagues and get some hardware by getting into pissing contests.

what exactly would you be sacrificing again? Ive never gameplanned for a scrimmage, its just a scrimmage. It litterally would cost you NO sacrifice. The Flashpoint await.

It takes time to scout and gameplan. If my team boosts to compete on an even playing field, they lose on XP.

I'd rather gameplan against my worthy BBB #16 foes and boost for the playoffs, rather than a meaningless tournament.

Why would I NOT gameplan and change tactics if I'm going to get into a pissing contest? I agree if the goal isn't to win, but to test things, there is no need to gameplan. But in a tournament where the goal is to win, or in one of these pissing contests where you want to win, of course I would gameplan. About boosting- almost every team in the 16 have boosted, and it certainly looks like most of the teams throwing challenges our way have boosted as well. So I either play undermatched, or boost and hurt my team. Neither thing I'm willing to do.

I'll look for any real challenges in the offseason, and until then, there is plenty of work to do scouting teams in the 16.
