Nah, what I meant is get paid my normal salary, but in pounds but live in the USI wish I could get my salary converted to Yen, and then paid that amount in $.

Also, when I moved here, the conversion rate from US$ to Francs was 1:1.6 (I remember it being 1.8 a few years before that). In 8 years, it's now 1:1.05....basically 1:1.

With the salary I have now, I would have been making more than 20k less 8 years ago...

I wish I could get paid in Zimbabwe dollars and get that converted to USD on a 1:1 rate.

I wish I could get paid in Pesos, then have them converted to Rand, and then have that converted to Rupees, and then have that converted to Bolivares, and then have it converted to Dong.
