You're using projection in saying that EDs YPC = MJDs. Numerically it does, but it's pretty simple to realize that more carries make it tougher to produce similar results. And again, it's a lot easier to "take" a TD than it is to "take" several hundred yards.

LOL. Yeah, that's probably it. They were intimidated by your 3rd place team, so they voted for the 1st place team instead. More solid logic.
Keep fighting the good fight TSE. Getting a glimpse into madness is entertaining. Don't worry, we're the delusional ones.

Wow, TSE is the biggest hater in GLB. He makes up arguments that say 700 yards don't mean anything. And then he just says "OMG people hate E.D. because they are jealous of me!" Dude, seriously, your trying so hard to compensate for your inadequacies (bet ya heard that one before) but your just looking more and more like a cry baby who throws a fit every time someone doesn't agree with them. But I do think that Finkle deserved MVP and I voted for him, not MJD.

Not to mention E.D. may have a better TD:rush attempt ratio but he doesn't have more TD's and THAT is what matters. Saying that he COULD have more TD's if he had more rushes is a joke because you didn't give him rushes. If you don't have faith in your own HB in any game other than cupcake wins, he doesn't deserve shit for awards.
LOL
MJD doesn't play good against good teams either! Your arguments are such a joke. You also make up that "lack of faith" has something to do with him having less carries. Very objective in just assuming stuff that isn't true.
I didn't say play very good. I never said MJD would have 10 YPC against Philly. I said he rushes against them instead of hiding behind the passing game.
Rushes vs. Philly:
MJD: 25
ED:12
vs. Chicago
MJD: 29
ED: 6
vs. Detroit
MJD: 16
ED: 13
Totals against those 3 elite teams:
MJD: 70
ED: 31
vs. Blazers
MJD: 25
ED: 31
vs. Gearheads
MJD: 24
ED: 27
vs. Bulldogs
MJD: 21
ED: 23
Total vs. those 3 weak teams:
MJD: 70
ED: 81
That's funny...MJD rushes the same amount of times against weak teams AND strong teams. ED on the other hand gets the ball 50(!) more times against weak teams than he does against strong teams. So yes, not giving your HB the ball in tough games mean that you don't have faith in him. It's obvious you let E.D. run wild on the bottomfeeder teams but he barely touches the ball against teams with strong defenses. E.D.'s YPC is a sham and anyone who says otherwise is ignorant.

Is that a direct quote? Or another fabrication? And crybaby? Oh yeah that's really me. It's not crying, it's called I'm not going to sit around and let some bogus BS fly around, because I have principles and I believe in standing up for what's right and this reward should be for Tool of the Year.

Well you did say that E.D. didn't win because owners are "intimidated or jealous" of DDL when I'm pretty sure no one is intimidated nor jealous of your squad. In fact, I'd be downright embarrassed to be on a team with such a delusional douchebag owner.

You apparently have no concept of the internet term "owned", so he had a few less carries, big deal, with the low averages both players had against those good teams if you raised E.D.'s number of carries to match MJD and didn't change the average, it would have virtually no effect on his total YPC for the year, this is irrelevant data, of which Chad is trying to create a smokescreen.
Chad - I hope you enjoy your awards and have a good season next year, and hopefully my 2 RBs step up and both make a case to take the title back!

I think the ownage fits into the common definition of owned.

TSE's next post will be at least 5 lines and will refute that statement. Lets wait and see

I'm done with this thread.
I stated my opinion on who should have won the award, and brought the facts to support it, that's all I have. Looking forward to the next season and hoping my players can make a strong case to get more votes next time.

If you did the math that you describe here you'd find that ED's ypc would drop from 4.7 to 4.3. Virtually no effect?
