I actually sent a PM to the warriors telling them it was time for us to change places again

Your PM only came to light at the last minute so sorry about the scrimmage today. You'd be better off contacting me than our owner in future, I'm a wee bit more active.

Not a problem at all. Really I am not saying we could have beat you guys, I don't know, I think you are very good team. Just wanted to give the heads up we were doing something crazy. I will PM you next time, I almost did this time, but didn't want to cause a problem, just to be safe. Great season everyone!

Next time we get the chance we'll make sure we're on the same page! Should be fun!

To bad that we necer had the chance to play a scrimmage game over the last 2 seasons. I also have some things in mind but hesitate to try them in regular season games

True, although the Mercenaries managed to win 3 out of 4 even with a goofy lineup. But corey felt that the scrimmages proved that Zeta has more good teams, and I would really like to know whatever gave him that idea, the results certainly don't back it up.

After all the shit talking from last season about alpha being better and what not. Im sure most of you took some scrimmage games serious to an extent. As for myself and the Roughnecks we changed about 4 things differently and they all seemed to work. And byt the looks of the teams depth chart and the way they played, we were played somewhat serious each game as well. As for today ZZ...

Roughnecks(7) @ Monarchs(5) - Roughnecks 33-3
Stampede(3) @ Who Dats(6) - Stampede 48-20
DFools(13) Vs Dauphins(11) - DFools 30-20
Oslo(8) S AWC(8) - Oslo 23-13

Pretty convincing wins. And if you just take out all the cupcake games(scrimmages) I believe zeta won by a fair margin this time.

To be honest, the strength of Zeta doesn't concern me. We just keep working hard to remain a solid Alpha team!

I have a goal for all of us. With the addition of 4 amazingly strong teams. I think it is time we all worked on taking over USA Pro for the strongest league out there. Screw Zeta/Alpha For now It is offseason: Lets take on the USA Pro for the strongest league in GLB.

Great game korb! This is how a final is supposed to be, really exciting. You guys have had a great season and your team is really good. I'm so glad we beat you and finally got the WEPL title we missed last year.

How far behind are we these days? Can't be much in it. What are the USA Pro forums like? Full of arrogant jackasses? Any news of there being an eventual Champions League for the the best pro teams around the GLB globe to compete in?

Aww, Corey you know what happened in our scrimmage, thats not a real test is it.

Both our offensive and defensive tactics were singlemindedly determined to find out one thing and one thing only, and had nothing to do with winning.

So far I have gone with 100% in one aspect of tactics on both sides in each Scrimmage game, as its the best way to collect data.

But the only thing of note is that we stopped your offense inside the redzone 5 out of 5 times in the first half.

Which would be the only part of the game that played 'True' for Monarchs, as the Sim Engine would take over there, and go with Football Logic.

Thanks everybody! We're proud to bring the trophy to alpha, where it belongs. Good game Korb, it was a tough one. Now we just have to figure out how to do it again...
