couldn't agree more thats why i was on the verge of selling my team, but figured wth ill jsut quit taking it so serious and have fun next year.
especiatly that the 'uber builds' are becoming cookie cutter, and really after lvl 16-18 unless you have 5 lvl's difference its only a few stat points here and there.

so many teams, so much b.s. i refuse to recruit. im sure im going to lose a few players this offseason but im not recruiting anyone. if someone comes to me wanting to join then sure, but if not..hello wide receiver playing cornerback.

I agree... I have stopped scouting and just am doing some minor stuff. Mainly I am trying to get someone to scout be OC and DC for us. I am bored with this game pretty much and have not scouted the last 5 teams we played lol

IN OTHER WORDS YOU NEED SOMEONE TO TEACH YOU HOW TO PLAY FOOTBALL, AND YOU WILL RECRUIT.. GOOD LUCK SON

Yeah dude, quit crying. And stop with the my dots are better than your dots crap (it is pretty lame lmao). This game is only fun for a little while then it is pretty boring. Like right now.

Remember that this is a process. It will take a little time, but if you look, the lower leagues are catching up with the pros.

Same goes for this league.

As it gets harder to level up, the lower echelon teams will start to catch up with the higher ones.

You may have to take some lumps, but if you give up, then you are just a pussy, and should try finding a online cricket game.

Losing sucks, and there is nothing that makes losing "fun". A good game can make the fact that you lost a little easier to take, but it will still suck, no matter what. We didn't join this "Game" to lose all the time.

I think that if you are a team that gets it's ass kicked all the time, you should start tweaking and scouting to see what your team can do against teams you are out matched by. You can learn a lot about your team by doing that.

Our team started the season 1-4 and turned around the season by finding a new direction that worked for us. Granted we have a good core of players and had the opportunity to experiment against teams that should kick our ass, but in the end we wound up winning against team that were "better" then us.

So in conclusion, just suck it up. It probably won't be any easier in most other leagues, recruit, develop, plan, and you will end up reaping the rewards, because there will always be teams out there that quit or don't try, and don't have the talent to back it up, and then your "hard work" will be the difference between now and then,

Someone needs to tell him this is usa bbb 11 not the usa pro league, The average leveled player is 16, hes already one of the highest leveled teams, How in the world is any team that didnt make the playoffs last year supposed to compete ? or even have fun ? I really wish they made some kind of a cap , or atleast a few leagues that were capped ...
and besides that is it even any fun going 14-0 with a team that has a higher leveled player at every single position than your apponent? It cant be,
Its like a pro athlete challenging a kid and then being proud after he wins

The Ponkos might have those high level players but if you game plan like we did on the Isotopes anyone can and will be beat. We proved it can happen.

Dude look who won In the playoffs. The Avengers their whole o-line was lvl 25. Look at the Ponkos, I have ONE player who is lvl 23 and he is leaving. EVERY other player on my team is lvl 22 or lower. Hell, the Canes out lvl us and a couple other team. STFU

EDIT: Ummm... this guy is higher lvl than anyone on my team http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=67857 Correct me if I am wrong but that is your team no?

well taking nothing away from you guys and skry08(or whoever), you talk about our high lvl players. you guys have pretty high lvl players too, got a few guys higher than anyone on our team.

so sure, gameplanning helps a bit but without the players you dont win.

did the isotopes gameplan better? sure, because we didn't really gameplan all year long, i dont have it in me. not saying the 'suggestions' they mentioned didnt help, but im sure they put alot more work and effort and scouting in . im sure they even had a good idea of our builds , not that i think that mattered either. but without the players it wouldnt have mattered.

at the rate people lvl at higher lvls, every decent team will be very similiar.

you will always have your teams where the owner just doesnt care, or gutted teams but at the rate exp slows down..and we are only in season 3, by season 5 its more or less just going to be who gets luckier in the sim. unless of course you have guys who just out for stats

LOL, what are these dang "suggestions" everyone keeps mentioning? If Nevstar received them, he didn't share them with his coordinators. Good, old fashioned gameplanning.

I know that the game has lost some of the luster, on my part, I blame it on the summer. To much other fun stuff to do, but I have to admit, it felt pretty good to beat you guys! And it was good to have teamates to share with. I hope that you all find the enjoyment again next season.

(edit) I wrote far too many unnecessary words about this. Here's the summary:

Three people sent me PMs giving me information that was already available on a public forum:

-The Ponkos run defense was exposed vs. the Gladiators
-The Ponkos play 100% pass defense.

I didn't send the contents of these PMs to my coordinators, but since they are very good gameplanners, they had probably figured it out already.

I don't see anything wrong with pursuing as strong a player as you can possibly get at a position for your team, either. If I want to beat you and you're stronger at that position I either have to keep up or find a way to create a mismatch that favors me against him - that's football. I think there's a fair share of people here who would agree with me that it doesn't matter what we do anyway once the playoffs start.

We're at the point where levels mean less and less. A good build will outperform a higher level player with a bad build at this point.
