IMO you should look at CBs on a plays per tackle basis. Those with higher plays per tackle are the better CBs. Go by that basis and also factor in FFs, INTs, etc.
Though you gotta use common sense. If someone has a low ass play per tackle ratio but 20 ints then they are good.
Though on Ints, FFs, etc. you have to factor out the cupcake teams.
If you are that devoted to looking at the stats you'll find the best CB
