Haha, are you completely forgetting where you are? This is an internet game that I'm making little 75x75 pixel graphics for, not for a company/business. And honestly, I've caught enough shit asking for $3, do you really think I should be asking for hundreds of dollars? Use your head before you start typing.

You're making lots of ignorant assumptions here. Again, hate to burst your bubble but I have a degree and work professionally as a graphic designer. If you think you can make a sweeping judgement about my design work as a whole (which you haven't seen at all) based off of little 75x75 pixel graphics that I put together in a matter in minutes then you are sorely mistaken. Remember too that most of the graphics I've done have been what the team owner has asked me to do. Notice too that I've said "graphics" not logo. For a true logo project for a company I sure as hell wouldn't be using photoshop I can tell you that.

So you're commenting without having read the whole thread? If you would've done that, you'd see that the money I'm making is going directly back into GLB to buy flex points. I've stated this numerous times.

I haven't been contacted by an admin or moderator yet, and I assume they know about this thread since its consistently been on the front page of this forum due to insessant bickering. They probably realize that I've already sunk a fair amount of $$$ into this game and me making a few extra bucks and putting it right back into GLB is in fact making them money.

Yea honestly, just because eggplant had a good idea doesn't mean you have too rip on him all the time, if it's helping him get better in the game and making the publshers of the game a little more money then who cares. Good job eggplant i like your graphics you made. If you think about it the more money the game makes the better they can make the gaming experience for everyone so it gets back too you all around everyone is happy now stop complaining.

Personally you can't say who is better you don't know who spent the most time on there graphics, what program they are using, and you can't tell in graphic design unless your using a bigger configuration.

This thread makes me want to buy a new team and name them the Eggplant Wizards. I wonder if he could do a graphic design for that? Just kidding. You do nice work.

Thats an overshot and you know it. The price of a logo depends widely on its intended use. If I'm making a logo for a company that is going to turn around and mass market it I'd charge even more than that, I'd present a host of different design options etc... etc...

If I'm making a logo for somebodies small website with minimal revenue its looking more in the $50 range.

So along that line of thought, I don't see anything crazy about making a completely not for profit logo for a fantasy sports game that maybe 200 people will really take notice of for under $10.

If anybody tried to charge someone $200 for a 75 x 75 graphic of any kind, I would laugh at them, not at the person charging $3.


Though I do have to say considering the relative complexity of 2 or 3 of the graphics I've seen so far; $3 may be a little steep.

This whole thread needs to be locked. Read a few comments and replys and thats it. It's kindof dumb to charge people 3 bucks per little 75 x 75 image, took literally 5 minutes to do mine.

But hey, if people will pay it by all means goodluck with it. To be honset don't really like the way you work your images. Not trying to diss you or anything, just giving my opinion. Goodluck man.

Sorry guys, but $3 for a logo is basically nothing. The amount some of you guys pay for teams players, and boosts is far more. I am going to college next year for graphic design, and if people think $3 for a logo is ridiculous, then I may have to rethink my career choice. I don't know about this guy, but I put a lot of time into logos. Charging just $3 so people don't overload him with requests makes sense. I did logos for the San Juan Caballeros and Cincinnati Turncoats without charging, but that is because I have players on them teams. I wouldn't want to do logos for everyone else for free either.

You know this is stupid this thread keeps going in this same direction, because you have people like colacock and xfrozenxsoulsx that feel that they need too voice there opinion, personally let this be more like a business thread and let him do his own thing. Stop posting these stupid complaints, colacock and xfrozenxsoulsx and any other people that feel the need too bash his thread for no reason. Please do everyone a favor and keep it too yourself, just shut up already no one wants too hear you complain about everything in this thread your like a 15 yr old girl with menstral cramps, so take your midol and keep your mouth shut, please, no one cares for your opinion.
