You notice them the most when you don't want one, and it F*@ks up your SP plan

I'm honestly surprised people are making such a fuss about them...I barely notice when I get them

probably just glaze over it like most people do.

We are trying something on my pee wee team so we wanted to wait and train once they were activated. May not make a difference but didn't hurt anything either since our first 2 games were vs CPU.

I also think breakthroughs start happening on day 4, not game 4.

So is it four games, or four days?

Ok... So only for brand new dots... There is a 3 day period when training breakthroughs are shut off.

Not 100% why it's 3, I'm assuming there could be some kind of reroll exploit or something.

==

This guide is saying you might as well wait until after the 4th game, because you'll have earned 15 SPs, in addition to what you have on hand, and will be in a position to cap, then boost to cap again.

This will get you out of the sh!t training zone between 48 and 68, At least for your all important primary Attribute.

You can bank up to 60 TPs now, so you might as well take advantage of it.

The rookie season is fairly cut and dried now. You'll either be facing CPU teams (which should be automatic wins) early boost teams farming rookie trophies (which will be automatic losses) or 0 cares teams which can go either way. Throwing away the first 4 games means nothing.

Great explanation, thanks!

is there somebody who is pretty knowledgeable about different training plans? I have a question but it's specific to the first season, I am doing pee wee so they may not be able to help but have a question or two and would prefer to pm vs post here.

Pee Wee is quite different from Rookie if winning gold is your aim. More balance required with the attributes by end of season for the playoffs. It should be a "ruined" dot after Pee Wee as you've burned BTs for SPs as well to even out some of those attributes.

That said, I am 4x training my dots from Day 1 to Day 40 whether its a Rookie or a Pee Wee dot.

I know there is a chart somehwere that shows light, normal, intense, and 4-way training gains, but is there one that shows 2 and 3 way training?

The SlugSheets are probably the best of what's left. The originals have just faded away from the Internet

I saw people bemoaning that document getting vanished from the interwebs and thought, hey, I could re-do those! And it turns out, yeah, I did, although it was much less straightforward than I thought it would be.

So, here's some links. They're all Google Sheets (spreadsheets), you should be able to view them but not edit them, but if you save your own copy either as a Google Sheet or Excel or whatever, you should be able to play around with them however you'd like.

Caveats: I spot checked these quite a bit, and I think that all the values are precisely what the GLB website gives under the same conditions, but if anyone finds discrepancies or problems or if I completely whiffed on something somewhere, PLEASE pm me and let me know.

There are 2 graphs in each sheet for Light, Normal, Intense, and 4X Multi, the first graph is the way the old one was done, just the SP value per train, but the second graph adds in the actual SP value (as in the actual BT gained/15) to each training level. This becomes more interesting in the final graph I will link, which shows that Total SP gained per train for each training type (at 20% enhanced training level for each one, I thought that the best compromise) together on the same graph. I find it interesting, hopefully others might as well.

I'm not sure why I'm driven to do projects like this, I'm sorry.
