As far as it directly scaling the penalty that DB inflicts? I think that's just investment level into the SA. If you buy 14 DB SA, , you get -28 to the QB + OL vision checks (completely made up number). I don't think that jumps to -35 if you invested heavy into ... IDK what stat would even make sense, vision??
But Brew's freaky blitz CB didn't touch the extra SAs until 69 -> 79 boosts, and was averaging something like 75-80 sacks a season after rookie, in a solid competitive league with maybe one CPU / gut squad IIRC?
And FWIW, I'd go heavier on Head of Steam than Disguise. Heavy pass teams, probably are buying some Spot Blitz along the OL neutralizing your DB, QB likely has enough vision to pass the roll regardless. But HoS puts a penalty on engage block. There's very few sources of +engage around, outside your raw blocking attribute and the Pass Block SA.
