Free as in, absolutely NO flex cost whatsoever?

sure if you don't want to get extended slots to hold equipment which is pretty much a requirement if you want to build a decent brawler
or if you don't want to be a "Professional" brawler and be able to use the "Pro" shop which is pretty much a requirement if you want to build a decent brawler (see how this works?)
