I've been part of it, and it's not that hard to do, especially with depth chart presets. I think can be pretty effective because even if your one OC isn't radically different from your other one, he is still different enough to throw off a DC who is gameplanning.

Ultimately though the crux of the issue is this: If you don't have a roster that can win in the Pros during the playoffs, no amount of tricky tactics will really change that. Especially in the playoffs, when everyone is actually trying, cream rises to the top. If you do have a roster that can win in a pro league in the playoffs, then you are probably fine just running a basic AI during the regular season then gameplanning more for the playoffs.

So either way you really don't need multiple OCs.

If I win WL Survivor I'm starting up a new regular league team. Want in?

Seriously though, I've never found a good OC for the Hedgehogs in 40 seasons, so the thought of finding two is a pipe dream for most.

There you go! Your answer...

The entire theme of this thread.

It's better to have only one bad OC than two.

I have run a multiple OC system before to pretty good effect. We plotted the schedule out at the beginning of the season so we knew who had which games long in advance. The other thing I would so though that Jd and bhall mentioned, is that for the most DCs don't adjust from opponent to opponent during the regular season. The best bet is to have one thing during the regular season and another during the playoffs. Whether its 2 different OCs or an OC with multiple offenses is really irrelevant as long as both are competent.
