This would actually be an excellent compromise

Bring the GLB2 chemistry system over to GLB1 and it should be fixed.

While others have said get rid of it which may or may not be a good or bad idea, I still insist that some changes and the ability for teams to use scrims in the preseason that are paid for by the user to help accelerate the rate at which chemistry can be improved for teams.
GLB benefits because flex is being spent and Team owners benefit by no being screwed for an entire season because of bad chemistry

I think they need to add a similar ladder system over here as they do on GLB2 which is basically a second set of games you play on an off day from a league game, set up by GLB. It runs generally competitive games between teams of the same age group and counts towards the teams ladder rankings as well as improving chemistry for any player in that game. Chemistry is by the player on the duece and makes a little bit more sense to me than the uno version.

I believe Chemistry came into existence to punish teh network teams from moving entire rosters from team to team. This was back in the day where you paid $ for equipment upgrades. It has probably outlived it's usefulness since you really don't see that kind of player movement anymore. Add to that GLB classic dying and the FA pool being so limited and it is probably not needed anymore.

Maybe implement the chemistry mechanism from GLB 2 which is effective and well though out.

i could see network teams moving en masse from 1 team to another midseason if the 1st team is out of it. some form of chemistry will always be needed.

Had nothing to do with equipment $. Without chemistry you can basically ignore all promotion/demotion rulings with no hit and

That.

OK,

I remember it started to discourage network teams from moving their entire team. The GLB 2 chemistry model would work though, right? If whole team transferred mid season, their chemistry would be 0 even though they all played together on another team, correct?

Ya, but I am unsure how it transfers over here with how contracts work, no salary cap, and less games. Plus you still may not reach 100 chemistry despite playing an entire season.
