I don't like getting alerts in my inbox now at all.
And I don't do much GLB2 stuff, but I like the idea that you could see your GLB1 messages, but it seems reasonable they should do something to clarify its a GLB1 message when opening it in GLB2.

I believe there are still some updates to be made to the inbox, including a visual indicator of which game the message refers to. It's supposed to be by color or with a logo, I forget which... either way, it should resolve this issue.

So, they announce the game on a Friday...and decide to start the season tomorrow from the looks of it. Try to create a player, wanting to recreate the first player I ever made on GLB1 (height/weight/name/build direction/name) so go to look him up, he's gone...so now I'm like..."Yeah...F it. See you next season...if at all." *points at signature*

Is anyone else having a problem getting to the screen to add your SP?

so I just now realized I can click the WG Games logo on the bar and bounce back and forth between the two games w/out logging in

Same here..I can imagine this will be even worse if the two games ever share an offseason. Recruiting will be a nightmare

+1 I liked having them separate from the inbox. It's a bit more organized.

At the end of this season I will be retiring my players and redirecting all of my flex to GLB2. I will add more flex and devote some time if it reminds me of OG GLB. Sure, the hayday of Season 3 isn't going to magically come back for me, but I'm not out anything if it's terrible.

Oh well.
