RP's to compensate for scrims that will/have played out is pretty lulzy. The glitch's you are mentioning usually was something in season as well.

I got ahold of Pallow and he talked to Corndog. Not sure if he is gonna fix it or talk to Bort but the word is out there.

No offense but nothin you say anymore holds any value...I'm sure Pallow or Corndog will chime in on this if it's true what you say.

same FP/RP for scrims during the season or not during the season. i had teams participating in an off-season tournament and that experience, for which I am a paying customer (even if its only $0.25 per game), has been ruined. I think GLB can afford a quarter!

As you cant watch what you payed for, it would be only fair to get the FP refund. The users paid but didnīt get what they paid for.

It wouldnīt cost GLB any money and would be a good signal that they care about their customers, but I doubt they understand the positive effect it would have.

and btw this shit is going on for almost 20 hours now, no response, no fixes, nothing.

And the are wondering why this game is dying?

I hate not being able to watch a game or games that I scheduled and paid for!

Easy for you to say bhall because you aren't paying for said scrims. It is isolated to the scrims ran from yesterday and the scrims that have run today also.

and the request for a refund for the games is warranted.

quick scrims were created and set up so that team owners and coords could instantly set up a game and view their teams performance. We as the customer pay for the ability to do this. When we pay for a quick scrim that in an hour we can view and do what ever we need to do, and then we are unable to view it for whatever reason, it renders that scrim useless. I didnt pay for the scrim to be able to watch it a day or 2 later.

This really sucks! I mean, I understand the delay in fixing it but what "F" its been like 24 hours now!

suppose you go to Burger King and order a Whopper and they give you only two pieces of bread with no meat or cheese or veggies. if you bring it to the attention of the mgmt, they will not only refund your money, they will give you Whopper to replace the one that they screwed up, free of charge. pretty standard customer service for any industry.

it would also be nice to at least have a post from an Admin saying they're aware of the problem and are working to fix it, with a timeline for when its OK to run scrims again.
