you did it wrong

roll 3 or 4 times at lvl 41, don't get nothing then stop. wait till lvl51 and roll 4 or 5 times. Don't get what you want then stop. Roll 4 or 5 times at lvl 61. If you still don't find anything then don't ever get onto a plane

WRs and HBs are hard to roll for. I had some success with my HB's 1st AE, but none on his second AE. I have had much better luck with D dots or QBs.

Yeah some positions not as wise as others. If not doing this experiment probably would have limited myself, or at least tried.

There was a time when I was thinking of building three or four dots per position just so I could go nutty on rolling and then retire the losers.

At level 41 I rolled for all three pieces of my players AEQ and got exactly what I wanted

For that first (prly 2nd too) piece at almost any position, I would roll a build straight into the ground if it didn't give me anything I wanted, and usually at level 31 or 41 if not for a farm team. Generally works out though, and will sometimes vault your build to supa status. I could understand the hesitation for someone that does not have a lot of dots.

I have found that aside from the obvious rQB, bTEs and bFBs were the toughest (only looking for +5% HB), HB is pretty close for BT% and DE for BB%.

Never bothered to count and didn't effect my build plan or effective level

Three AEQ being built will cost (at most) 1275

AEQ upgrades for a rolled piece will cost (at min) 900

So that gave me 375 BTs to shop, enhance, and/or convert equipment

So let's say I had to buy the +3 for all three pieces, that will cost 150 BTs

Let's say I have to convert two of those pieces, that will cost me 30 BTs

So now that 375 BTs is down to 195 BTs to roll for my three pieces

That means I can roll 65 times for three perfect pieces for the same cost as building the perfect piece

dayum re-rolled 65 times that's almost 22 re-rolls each AEQ piece...sure you save BT's but lose out on time it takes to get those 3 pieces...
