I think you are thinking of manually adding an endorsement EQ. That wasn't X-factor.

You could only add a +1 to your lowest attribute. Not really worth it TBO.

That only triggers the Custom EQ slot...to activate the regular and AEQ you want pink EQ or on sunny days all white...opponents gets a penalty to vision checks due to being blinded....also works on snow days
