I am bored of GLB1 myself. That isn't to say the current GLB2 setup won't bore me much quicker than 5 years.

I'm staying put in GLB 1 at least as long as my current teams' rosters hold up. I'll try GLB 2 as I can during that time.

1.0 has been struggling with loss of agents for some time now, you don't need to look any further than the CPU teams in Pro and the dead forums from top to bottom to realize this is the truth.

Now a new game has been introduced, and it targets the same people as this version. Some people will leave simply because that's what happens when a newer version of a game is released, others will leave because of some of the new features offered in 2.0. Regardless of the reasons for leaving, the reality is people WILL leave and not return.

Less agents in 1.0 means more CPU teams at high levels, more contraction of leagues and a general loss of competitiveness across the board... Which should piss off the hardcore 1.0ers enough that they'll leave too.

I give 1.0 three seasons after 2.0 is released, if it lasts longer than that it will be as a shadow of what we have now.
