We will be gathering in two hours to make a decision on alpha testing and how much we will be announcing. As soon as that is decided, I or someone else will make a more official type post. I don't think we will be saying what it will be until the Alpha invites are sent out because at that point keeping it all hush-hush becomes pointless.

When you make the Alpha determination you are probably going to have to reveal what kind of game it is. The last thing you want is to recruit an alpha tester for you game only to have them tell you that they've always hated those types of games. In the alternative, you may end up with people testing the game who don't share your vision of the game.
