That's not the case here. IIRC, the issue over stat padding occurred when two teams colluded to pad a dot's stats (I think you were involved with one of those teams). Running a full roster with a casual O and D and fully set depth charts is not stat padding just because a majority of the team is CPU.

And I've already spoken to Catch and was not told that any type of punishment is being dealt out here. The issue is simply something wrong with the formula as it pertains to that league or the specific dot that is currently in 1st.

personally i would be embarrassed if I ran or managed this game and it had stupid inconsistencies like this. I'm not even talking about the fact that the formula doesn't seem to recognize dominant statistics over inferior statistics, but the fact that there are three rankings (Conference ST rank, Conference position st rank, and global st rank) that don't add up relative to each other.

There are really no excuses in my mind why things like this make no sense.

The HOF is just as screwed up.

The "inconsistencies" exist solely because of MVP equipment having so much power. If that didn't exist then I'm not sure they would care about people gaming the system to stat-pad.

The problem here is that the difference of 9k+ yards and 80+ TDs is after taking into account blowout adjusted stats. If you did raw stats, it would be almost 13k yards and almost 100 TDs difference. Blowouts shouldn't be the issue here. Neither dot has a fumble, so that can't be the issue. lolGLB is responsible for a much larger percentage of his team's yards and points, so that can't be the issue.

The only reason I can think of for Atwater being able to make up the 9k yards and 80+ TDs is a misplaced decimal somewhere in there.

No, they just don't want people like you gaming the system to win the MVP.

How do the three other people that play this game feel about this dot winning the MVP?

That would imply the formula takes that into account when it clearly doesn't

I have a player ranked 10th globally and 2nd in his conference to a guy rated 110 without trying to scam the system which is what you are doing within the rules or not. Its no big deal. Who cares. Get over it

If the dot with more stats was on a team that won more games, it would be winning the MVP race.

This isn't true at all, but keep trying.

The reason your KR doesnt have the MVP lead is because your team only has 1 win, while the MVP leaders team has 2 wins so far. He is clearly a more proven winner, thus your MVP leader.

And wins don't factor into the MVP formula.

Why do people brag or complain about MVPs? Everyone knows the MVP system is easily manipulated.
