We discussed it in the team forum, figured we were doomed, I suspect our OC & DC made sure of it, .

I'm also guessing they probably figured, "Hey, it's a CPU team, we're gonna steamroll 'em," and they probably didn't spend a second gameplanning today, and it bit 'em right in the ass.

We also played a CPU team in the playoffs today. Just to be safe, I took 10 minutes -- 10 whole minutes -- to scout their D and pick effective plays, and we won 115-0. I figured spending 10 minutes was well worth it to avoid the ignominy of losing to a CPU team. If Diamond Valley had done the same, they'd be in Round 2 right now.

Edit to add: I don't make the team worse or better, so more like, umm, whoever owns the 9ers these days I guess.

I don't know if it factored, but our dots were built D32 instead of 42, so are lower leveled than they should be for their age. (not a justification, just a note)

that would be just awesome if they win the league. I for sure would want to play for that owner..

They are going to get ran out of the stadium in the next round. Ran the script for the game and it has them losing 91-0.

I doubt that would happen... if history is a guide, someone like ProKop will buy the team after they win the next game, to assure another loltrophy... thus destroying chemistry and any chance that this cinderella team will take it all the way

chemistry doesn't hurt as bad as the CPU penalty
