back to OP: Originally posted by Newcastle Brown I am torn about this. I love it because you have full control, but it isn't fun without other people involved. I love when you have the best OC, DC & ST coach in the bushinesshttp://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=211. I would build all the players for that team of agents as they want them built !!!!!
If you have an OC, assistant DC a ST Coach and a CFO... you're not in it alone either. Is better yet even when those are people you already know in game and get along with. And they don't have to be the best in the bushiness , they can be groomed well.
I don't have the time to run 55 dots PLUS the offense PLUS the defense PLUS the special teams PLUS the finances. I honestly don't know how other people do either, but people do it.
Even if I had the time, though, I have a lot of fun with the other people on the teams I'm connected with. And when I win a big game or a big trophy, I like being able to celebrate with the other guys who helped make it happen. If I was running a one-man team and won a gold trophy, what would I do? Pat myself on the back? Pop open an extra Dr. Pepper to celebrate? Brag to my wife? Nowhere near as much fun that way.
But that's the great part of GLB: there's so many ways to have fun, and they're all correct. Just gotta find the way you want to do it.

Should be the way the game is played imo. If you want friends go outside and talk to someone and get off the internet.
They really missed the boat on that point , I get the trying to be a social game too. But when each person is paying money to build what they want it's never going to be as cohesive as each person would want. Some would say that's what makes the game fun , others would not.
My players always get endorsements. Every-damn-time.
The hardest thing about owning all the players is remembering to do stuff. Like it was mentioned, upgrading EQ I forget. Setting tactics and play style I forget too.
