That's not necessarily true. At level 31 you start seeing +3 attribute and +5% pieces. You have less slots available but less possible combinations. As you progress to 41, 51, 61, and 71 you have more slots but many more combinations. While you may stumble on the perfect +3/5% piece with the correct attribute and modifier there's a higher chance you'll end up with combinations you don't find idea.

12 rolls at level 36 on my BLB. MT 5%, BB 5%, First Step. Also had blitz but didnt pick it up. only wanted 3 AEQ.

Oh nice pics. Looks like the older kid running cross country is the same kid as in the older photos. Therefore it is you. Look like youre maybe 10-12 in the young pics from 08-09. So that make you 15-17 now? That would explain your comments you make in all the forums.

why? i dont really use the tree so all my bonus SAs will be my SAs. i wouldve gotten blitz too but i wanted to try a 3 AEQ dot out. idk what outher AEQ i couldve grabbed TBH.
