Only done that for K/P. Although many people have told me that is what to do so I had considered it.

oh awkward. i thought it wouldve dropped a lot lower than that after 85. pretty sure thats when i stop training and i hit 102 natural. isnt it only at like 12-15% or something around the 85 mark?

The problem is when do you stop pump sp in.
Around 85 with 3 star enhancement, 4 multi give you 9-10% training gain.

yeah so 10 training sessions, so one whole season to go up by 1 when i could be working on another skill.

It all depends on what you wanna achieve and the archetype. For a select few archetypes (like returner) I go with the main skill as a fixed slot and train forever. But with other broad-skill-based archetypes, I select a number I wish to stop training at and go that route so I can maximize the skill set as a whole. It's kinda hard to wrap the ol' head around a difference between 101 and 103 (natural skill number) but if it wasn't worth it, then I doubt anyone would be doing it.

And it drops off to 2%, even on enhanced multi once you get over 95 (I think). Training to 100 baffles me but to each their own I suppose.

Well tbf I am working on 3 other skills. I guess it all depends on what one believes as useful in a build.

I have only gotten to 94 so far so if that is true I will probably stop. Granted I wasn't planning on going any farther training after my recent training rolls over.

But of course you're still doing that if you swap that #1 skill for your #5 skill. I know you know this of course, just throwing it out there for the newer guys.

Run it through the builder. It evens gets worse the higher you go. Once you hit a certain point (100-102?), it drops to 1%...even using Intense. So...the morale to this story is that getting that primary trained to 95% and leaving it there, may not be enough. If the SP value is high enough, you may need 3-5 training sessions at the end of the build to get it to roll over past 99%.
