pWR has all the variation when it comes to receiving builds.

If I am playing right into the defenses hands (trying to outrun short light CBs with the same exact speed and agi as my short and light WR) Why is that worth it? Why not try to get creative in OUTPLAYING/Outbuilding the CBs.

Unless someone tells me jumping is useless,
then we can this bad boy up and I will get 3 speedster WRs on my team asap next offseason.

Not all speedsters are built the same. There are guys with as low as 150 speed and as high as 170 speed. These 2 builds are not the same.

You're putting too much significance on the individual build choices that particular agents make, and not enough significance on the ALGs you get from the Majors and Minors in each Archetype.

because in the current SIM at the WL level speed WR with Catch Fake (as an example) make long TD catches as a game changer

possession WR have their place (most notably in the slot spot)

and the speed archetype can be built speed or catching first to provide variability

But not nearly with as much variation as pWR.

But understandable,
however with all the builds I have been checking out, I saw more sWR in the 150s than 160s and 170s combined.

^2 reasons, the ppl with the faster builds are locked
or, their just aren't that many ppl building these crazy fast dots.

Sounds right,
but what stops a pWR running down the field and making a big catch?

on the contrary:

ON our own 30,
wouldn't you rather throw to a pWR in double coverage,
than a sWR in dcv?

the speed guy has a better chance taking it for a TD

both WR should have 2 +5% CB pieces and over 90 catching

if it is 3rd down and a 15 yard pass for the first down, then maybe the possession guy

but teams put each type of WR into different slots for different plays

the possession WR is much more likely to be caught from behind

although the ALG's aren't too far apart on WR given they have 5 majors - not like at other positions

There are no sWR's in the 170's. For the obvious reason.

Only a couple around 160 or so. Only one that I actually know of is the best builder in the game by far tbh.

There are a ton of people with 160+ speed dots. Only a few, if not one guy (as a WR/TE) with 170+.

150's is the general lock for the average builds. Depends on the bonus's you are looking to secure. If your guy is a slot WR you would likely be looking for the pWR arch. if you are not and are looking to get the bonus from First Step you are likely a sWR. If I were to take catching first on a build I would go pWR. If I were to take speed first I would go with sWR.

on my own 30 give me one of Monsterkill's guys any day of the week over a guy like Anti Swat.

that's just my style though...its way more effective however.

I am not too fond of Anti Swats build as well,

so I don't think that is the greatest example.
