I will be retiring my team after this season as I don't have the flex to boost 55 dots every season. This was a 1 season experimental run and for the fact I am 34-0 including beating undefeated Gold teams and winning the Jkid Pee Wee tourney and in the GLB championship tourney I would say my experiment has been a success.

If you enjoyed what you did this season, just make a no-no team. With the talent you have shown, you could easily compete with most teams as a no-no team.

If I don't have a chance to win it all than why play the game. I may be able to compete with most teams but there will always be a couple of boosting teams with custom equipment that will keep you from winning it all so why bother? I am not about to spend the time required to game plan and train and apply skill points to 55 dots if I know that I can't win a title or tourney.

I may not win anything by boosting now but at least I know I have a chance and therefore its worth the effort.

2 or 3 no/no teams have won PWG in the past.

Than the boosting teams should be ashamed of themselves

We made it to the Gold CG as a no/no. We felt the level 16 EQ really hurt us. We started boosting the next season to win t but have not made it back. I almost like being a no/no team better, there is not much pressure. Seemed everytime we beat a no boost team last season they blamed it on levels, even though we beat those teams about the same as no/nos. And then if you lose with a boosted team you look like a stupid asshole. I think my last two seasons as a no/no I was 13-3 and 14-2 or something.

Sad thing is it takes some smack talking to make the forums active. To hell with FF, FU all

I took a team to the PWG title game 3 seasons in a row, lost the first two as a pure no-no, won the 3rd against a full-full team with a partial boosted/ceq offense only. Others have done similar, so it can be done, just very hard.

That team wasn't supposed to be mine. The person who recruited you was supposed to take it over as he was returning to PW, but then just up and left and I was forced to run that team.

As for calling people out, ya, I did, and probably wasn't the best idea as I have been PM'ing people instead since then. However, when you join a PWG team, you are expected to follow their build guide, even if you disagree with it. Joining a PWG team that has a specific build guide, but then just doing what you want is just an A-hole move by anyone and is the reason there are a lot of no-no teams with all the players created by the owner.

Yeah, fuck that guy.

lol the same could be said for why boost in copper when there isn't even one team in that league worthy of competing against

I didn't boost to win Copper. I boosted to have a chance in Pee Wee Tourney games. I currently took first place in the Jkid tournament and play in just a couple of days in the GLB tournament championship game.

Just to be clear, boosting dots at any level in PW is lulzy.

I agree. I knew I was only doing a 1 season run and I had the flex which I get 70% back so I said fuck it and did it. My experiment has been a success so I am outta here after this season
