Just define this idea as coordinator's develop league, people learn and enjoy game plan, scout, making AI, etc.
Do it by:
1. All team basically contain L79 like CPU player. - This is for newbie to know how high level game is.
2. Increase the cost to own a franchise team season by season. For example, 200, 200, 400, 800, 1600.....
Cost less for first two seasons, because you want to encourage people to learn how to coordinate, but raise the cost rapidly and huge, because you want people play regular part of this game.
And this won't be reset even you sell back the team.

There are plenty of teams in regional pro who dont have Coords. I would be more than happy to let new or training Coords practice with any of my farm teams.

The main one being that it would take coordinators away from teams where a large amount of flex is being purchased.

That's possible, although the availability of coordinators is already low and dropping. Might it not be possible that the OP proposal could actually give an opportunity for new coordinators to be trained? Plus I doubt that WL / NatPro coordinators would chose to do CPU teams instead of human teams as opposed to them doing it in addition.

I do think the re-structured Pro is doing a good job of building new coordinators.....I'm seeing a lot of young fresh faces coordinating which is refreshing...but the contracted Pro has given them a place to learn, unlike when there was 8 pro leagues and you had maybe 3-4 compeititive games all season, you couldnt learn from 177-3 games

Not to mention if they are learning to OC or DC with CPU builds. they arent learning anything about builds and what works in the sim since you have no idea what the CPU builds are.

True.
That's the reason to raise the cost along with season.
This type league just let newbie learn how to use AI.

Simple. GLB offers a new user a free player to familiarize themselves with the dot building aspect of the game. Offer something similar regarding ownership/coordinating. The catch being using this 'free' team means you are not allowed to add coordinators and have to control everything yourself. You keep the team for 240 days (6 seasons) and then are forced to 'retire' it.

Or even easier, allow people to coordinate the D-Leagues if they so choose. Limiting them to one of each to leave room for others. Might even make looking at those auto-contracts from said teams worthwhile haha.

Sorry man, but I don't trust people that don't have an avi. Caused a lot of tension between sjmay and I for a long time.

I like this idea a lot, actually. It would be a completely new game style with minimal work needed to set it up.

franchise mode? lets poop or get off the pot IMO

I'd be in for this and play regular GLB teams as well.

Love the idea. Perhaps charge more Flex to run each team since GLB wouldn't be collecting off of individual players.
