I'm sorry everyone, but this is NGTH at least not in the way you all are suggesting.
We are reworking/rewriting the forums for the release of the new game(s) and the Warrior General network setup. One of the change requests I have put in is the appeal system. Most of the time it functions as intended and it really is an improvement over the old ways of handling suspensions, but I do agree that it can be better.
At this point in time I'm not going to make any statements on changes that may or may not happen. I do know that this suggestion is not going to happen, so this thread is getting locked.
