One piece of advice is to start your team from rookie as it is much easier to recruit rookies than level 79's for the Regional Pro team you own. Also this will build your base agent pool and allow you to get more people involved with your team. As for the OG's, like most people have said already, they are STOP's as OG's and Centers make great all around special teams players and only cost 100 flex to start. Send me a PM and I'll try to work with you basically giving you an lolGM title with my SAPL team so that you can see what goes on in our forum and also see some other high level builds and how they are being used.

With the extended plateau there are actually more dots available for reg pro teams than minor teams.

Unfortunately, moderation is extremely lax as far as going off-topic in GLB Main is concerned.

But take heart, we just try and smile politely as we a would at a mentally slow relative at family reunion, and continue adult conversation. You'll get used to it and if you can't, PM me and I have a script that will filter out their comments.

Nice offer from Saints (rather arscola), take him up on it and you can see how a good owner runs a team day to day.

This isn't an obscure league forum, bro. I know you're used to getting away with awful posting because you hide out in places no one would ever think to lurk...let alone post. You should really try to step it up if you're going to poke your head out.

Still better than the capped leagues where the choice is sign a CPU or sign a CPU.

i always thought if you put the time in you can usually recruit a quality team.
its harder these days because there aren't nearly as many FAs as there used to be,
but there are still enough guys to fill out some very nice teams if you know what you are doing.
i was lucky to have a few agents from my first team back in the day to sign up for my new team,
but i still had to sign nearly about 37 or so guys rookie season to fill the team.
we signed about 6 OT and ended up with 6 G including my 2.
we were never able to find a C besides my own, and i kind of forgot to look this season.
its no problem though, with those guys depth i can easily put i powerful G in the back-up C role...
Cs do seem to be in big demand these days now that i think on it...

I used to get my team to the playoffs and raid the non playoff teams before they signed again. Next season, raid the teams below you in the playoffs. Continue until you win a title. Then it's easier.
