Yep, remember when there was no casual. Game was simpler. Co-ordinating didn't involve spending half your week changing inputs and re-building faulty AI's. Co-ordinators didn't burn out left and right. Good times.
The people that complain about lol-casual are often the same people that complain that the game is too damned complicated for the new user to grasp without becoming frustrated and quitting. And now you have AI's out there with hundreds of inputs and the urge for newer people to jump into this aspect of the game is basically dead. And you wonder why people drift away and burn out?

I have done both before and am starting back up a regular team this year again. I'm reminded this off-season just how much of a timesink and a PITA it is to build new AI's from the ground up. So enjoy the view from your high perch there OP. The ground is racing closer and closer every day. I remember the early seasons very well, back when the learning curve wasn't so steep and you could actually jump into this game and learn it in less than six months. Enjoyed that.
Maybe if the game were a bit more casual and a bit less complicated we could all enjoy b_tching about it in the forums a bit more. Now excuse me, back to pouring over inputs and watching this place slowly die...........
Enjoy the lulz.....
