Well the player one really would have to be kind of a total side bar to the regular game because otherwise it rewards teams with more money too much. So that would be a big change but not the sort of game balance altering one that would matter.
Weather etc would also be mostly a side bar, hitting both sides equally would just make it flavor or at most one more thing to consider in tactics that everyone has equal acess to.

Why can't teams be based in certain regions and as a result have benefits to certain types of weather and negative to others.
For example being based in London or New England would result in your team having a bonus to playing in cold, rainy or wet conditions, while you would have a negative bonus to playing in hot conditions such as the ones in Florida for example.
As for coaches, haven't heard much about it in the past few seasons, would be an unnecessary addition to the game IMO.

Not that it takes too long more that when clicking through all the players some get missed. I just found one player that was missing all four last upgrades yesterday. When you go to a roster page some sort of icon indicating that player has a endorsement.
Auto EQ upgrades.

Move the WL championship game to day 41.. Gives us all something to do on that day + extra game planning time should make for a better game. Freeze the 2 teams rosters for the extra day

fix the css on the league leaders page so it doesnt take 20 seconds build the page every time you click on it.

Enhance the League Survivor page, to both increase participants, as well as making it easier to track upcoming games, and set your picks ahead of time, if you want.
