That's about right. I'd go 6 speed though. Maybe even less stamina.

The Boomer did all the kickoffs, and the Technician did all the FGs and XPs. So, it looks like the sim fills PH first, which means a 2-kicker system is possible.

Possible. I didn't say it was a good idea, just that it's possible.

The only problem is adding a lot of speed to an already strong kicker is that you are going to put the ball out the back of the end zone pretty often, which will usually negate the investment in tackling.

thats where watching replays dictates the build and not just going for the "max" build.
