64% = anywhere between 64.00 and 64.99
35% = anywhere between 35.00 and 35.99

this isnt rocket science. only a total dumbass aims for 99% under this circumstance and this has been repeatedly discussed over the years. start using some common sense.

Wouldnt it be like this?
64% = anywhere between 63.50 and 64.49
35% = anywhere between 34.50 and 35.49

Again im a +1 to this suggestion but I just think they should show the decimal places like they do the attributes.

Also why this stuff pisses me off is cause there has been times that I do not get a breakthrough and when you add up the %s it would be around 97 or 98, and it rolls over..now how the hell does that happen, thats when it pisses me off the most. Ive learned to live with it rolling over when it should be 99%

that could be, but it seems to me that the decimal is dropped and not rounded. or i just have terrible luck when it comes to walking the edge because i fall off almost every time.

I can also code you a one-on-one basketball game in BASIC if you're interested.

Can I shatter the backboard on a dunk and will a janitor come out to sweep up the broken glass?

Sure... it'll look SLAMTASTIC on your black-and-white TI-82 screen.

Actually, "approximate" is bolded on the training screen as well.

Honestly, it is pretty hard to argue with what it already has.

Spend Training Points
Spend this player's training points on training programs by choosing the options you would like below. Training an attribute will cost 2 training points and gain bonus tokens.

You will gain 2 training points per day automatically during the season. Percentage gains given below are approximate and will vary a little every time you train. There is even a small chance of reaching a training breakthrough and gaining a large extra percentage.

For more info, please check out the Training FAQ.

My usual remark about GLB becoming more of a spreadsheet sim than a football sim would usually follow here.

However, I agree about there should be better notification that there is a bit of randomness in training.

So..

-1 to getting rid of the slight randomness
+1 to let people know it exists

Although, its taken you 30+ seasons to figure that training isn't always precise here?
