The point in how well you recruit is irrelevant to this suggestion. Some people recruit. Some people do auto offers. I do both!!! This filter would ONLY do good for this game. Maybe not much, but no bad. This would be helpful to many

No, I wouldn't be surprised. I've seen what "misfit" dots can, or more appropriately, can't do.

Auto offer option should be for needy teams only. Not ones that pick and choose.
I'd rather that any team who cuts a player recently signed automatically loses the option to make auto offers for a set time.

So far what I've gotten from the -1 crowd is "we don't like this suggestion because teams will be using auto offer to gobble up all the awesome players we were going to sign".

The problem is Day 41, we should be able to sign guys the day after they get released, this waiting a whole day for no reason is bullshit. And only gives people more opportunity to change their minds

Who cares about why you use the auto offer, if someone wants to use a feature in the game then let them. Nobody cares why others dont use it or need to use it because they are so awesome.
I dont use it because I dont have to recruit for anything or anyone. BUT if I had to use it why not have a couple filters on it.

Yeah, I'm not really seeing the cons to this suggestion. Auto offers is already in place so it's not like adding a couple of options to it are some kind of dynamic game changing mechanics. As an agent, if someone PMs me or sends me an offer with a bit of info in the text box, I'm going to sign with that team 99.9% over a random team that sent an auto offer.
