It's relevant because you are either fighting for something that would hurt your team or you are being hypocritical. As in, "hey bro, my roster will be set after this season so fuck the teams that have to replace a bunch of dots next season. This huge loss of a chem point of two will help me next season yup yup yup.".

Reasons why this suggestion is just plain silly:

- Most offseasons end on day 48. GLB is very near leaving beta so every season will end on day 48.

- Most teams signing dots during the offseason/preseason will be at 100 chem by playoff time regardless of whether they don't gain chem in that one day assuming it even happens again after this past offseason.

- A couple of chem points gained by the opposing team is not going to make or break them or you.

Please explain to me why this suggestion isn't stupid (Hint: Don't try to pretend it isn't).

EDIT: The sheer uselessness of this suggestion has affected my posting.

1) When was the last time a seasoin actually ENDED on Day 48????....hmmm been a while

2) Im certain most teams will be 100% at Playoff time I got no issue with that, this rule change is meant to only affect the regular season by teams getting a slight advantage

3) It may now make or break you the point is to even the Playing field slightly. If a team does a complete overhaul to bring in their feeder team to their main team then yes the chem will most definately suck, so for all those network teams and one agent networks (such as myself) that do this their chem should suffer more. These teams that overhaul their chem can get down to 20ish so an extra offseason day of +5 or +3...etc is a big advantage,

2) there is no advantage if it applies to everyone

This is one of those knee jerk suggestions. If the op had 64 chem right now what do you think the odds are that he would be suggesting this?

Absolutely I would

In 3 seasons I'm transferring my Saberwolves team to my Thundercats so I'm gonna suffer the same

So try again bro

Why should I try again when I was right the first time?

Okay, let me ask you this...why did you wait until now to suggest this if this has been such a huge problem in the past?

I have time this offseason to post I think I've actually suggested this before

It seems as if you suggested this after your team's schedule was released and saw a team that could potentially beat you in week 1 that just so happens to have 70ish chem. I'm wondering why you didn't suggest this in a preseason when your team had lower chem and your week 1 opponent had 100 chem. Seems pretty self-serving, tbh.

If something is right, I will support it, even if it hurts my team. Right is right.

I realize morals and ethics are not concepts you're familiar with.

Has nothing to do with morals or ethics. Has to do with making a mountain out of a molehill.
