Then don't expect the world to cater to your self-imposed priorities.

Self imposed?????

Its the scheduled start of the game FFS.

If the NFL decided to occasionally randomly move kick off ten minutes early, ya think people might get pissed?

why would people get pissed if the game actually kicks off at the time listed? right now, kick off tends to be 15-20 minutes after an hour.

If Arnie's local football emporium did it the same analogy still applies

I gotta agree with yello about the sim times starting too early being a nightmare if you need to do last minute tinkering.

On the otherhand, I've never seen a game sim more than an hour before its allotted time.

This is more likely a bug, btw.

1. Don't do last minute tinkering
2. Games have started before an hour before. Usually 1:15 before is the earliest. I've seen in many times before.

I'm fine with starting the first sim right at the 1 hour mark though, no point in doing it earlier.

It's better than the game simming 2 days late.

Last minute tinkering is not just for procrastinators any more.

With the insta scrim system you can implement a new AI after Game 1, run it on the off day in instant scrims to see how it works, and revise it that night and then run more sims on Game 2 day morning to see how the revisions work, and then revise it again before game time for Game 2.

But that's a road to frustration and wasted flex if it turns out that the Server sims your game before you get your most recent revisions in.

Hasnt Dpride lost various WL and Pro games because of this seemingly random pre-hour start stuff?

my rule is to always finish tinkering 2 hours before your game.

for sure
